On Call Service

We offer a package of basic 24 hour on-call service through you or your tenants. The choice is yours on what services we will provide. We can also watch your property while you are away on vacation.
 

Management

For monthly fees starting at $125 we can field all calls from your tenants, 24/7. We'll handle all the smaller items and check with you before proceeding on larger problems. Weekly exterior inspection of the property to assure appearance, lighting and parking standards are maintained.
 

Vacancy Cleaning

Designed to be a complete pre-rental cleaning to assure excellent first impressions by your prospective tenants as well as to establish a standard by which security deposit returns are to be judged. You may also want to offer this service to your departing tenants so they may avoid the hassle and assure the prompt return of their deposit, sparing you the expense.

  • 4 Bedroom $500

For apartments that were left in fair condition a relatively small investment now will delay or eliminate the need for major rehab work in the future. We will make all repairs, paint as needed and submit a full detailed report of the work performed upon completion.

  • $400 per room paint included
 

Rental Service & Prospect Screening

For a flat fee of $200, we will place all ads, set up and show apartments as well as check references and screen applicants to provide you with quality tenants. You make the final decision, or leave it up to us. We can find you the right match.
 

Maintenance Packages & Larger Projects
